Hello from Venezuela! I like your blog very much! You're such a talented girl!!! I wonder which color is that next to IBD Rocco in second wheel... I have some IBD just gel colors and I want to buy a few more, but I live in Venezuela, so I can't afford buy a polish and won't like it after... So could you tell me if I can turn a dark color into an pastel giving my nail a first layer of IBD Whipped Cream?
