Pamper Party Nails - Jack Wills Inspired

My niece is turning 12 on today and having a sleepover on Saturday  and of course I am popping over to do the nails! We were having a little trial yesterday and here is what she wanted

Really simple used Essie French affair from the 2011 mini french affair cube and China Glaze first mate then white acrylic paint for the letters. Nice and simple and she loves it!

Purple and Pink Tribal Gradient

As I wrote my previous post I remembered I did a similar manicure back in April. This time to do the gradient I used acrylic paint and a brush it worked really well too. These are IBD enhancements in quite an extreme shape as you can see in the second picture they proved hard to work with so I had to shorten them slightly.

The thumb and ring finger are MUA black and Models Own Hedkandi disco mix
Trying to think of something else to say than thanks for stopping by!

Rainbow Gradient with tribal nail art

To continue yesterdays post I couldn't just leave the gradient as it was so I added some black designs with a fine brush and acrylic paints

Rainbow Gradient Nail Art

I was talking to one of my clients and she wants a rainbow gradient next time she comes in so I had to have a little practice first. If you want to know how to do this technique Sammy has a great tutorial here
I didn't follow here technique I just made it up but I know lots of people have been using this with great success. I put 5 colours on my foil and dipped my little sponge in (IBD Nail wipes are fab for this as the holes in the sponge aren't too large)

On the index and middle fingers the colours showing are Essie Fiji, Models Own Lemon Meringue and Essie Candy Apple on the ring and pinkie the colours showing are Essie Candy Apple, Models Own Blooboo and Essie Nice is Nice.
I think this will be continued tomorrow.... :D

French Manicure with a twist

I used Models Own in Pink Fizz instead of white. I think it looks so pretty

I have IBD gel enhancements on and then I applied the pink glitter polish. I loved it for a few days and then I felt it looked a bit unfinished so I added this
I used a nail art striper for the silver line and a little pearl bow from ebay. I don't think this will be the last version of this I do. I really like the polish and think little rows of pearls and rhinestones will look lovely!

Pearls, Glitter and Rhinestone

I love pearls, pink glitter and rhinestones so I put them all together for this manicure! The lilac is Essie Nice is Nice and the Glitter is Models Own Pink Fizz. I attached various ebay rhinestones, pearls and bows with brush on resin from Sallys.

I love it it's so pretty!

IBD Just Gel in Jupiter Blue with Polka Dots

This is my favourite IBD just gel polish colour. It reminds me of Essie candy apple but I prefer it as it is slightly more blue. I put white and pink polka dots on it as those colours just go so well with this colour.

I love this combination which is just as well as IBD just gel lasts up to 3 weeks if your nails are in good condition.

Glamping Nail Art Party

A few weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited to do the nails are 13 lovely young ladies.
I gave them a choice of several designs and here are some of what they picked. A lot of them wanted french manicures so they could keep their nails on at school a few days later.

Everyone was really pleased with their nails and I thought they looked great - I was impressed how well they turned out considering most of the time it was a moving target! If you're looking to have a nail art party I would love to do your nails :D I will travel 20 mile radius of Hatfield for parties call for a quote 07769 212546.

3D nail art

I have posted these on instagram (staciefields) but I thought it would be nice to record them on my blog. I am going to schedule several posts over the next few days which I have posted a quick pic on instagram (and that also goes to my twitter and tumblr accounts) I can put some details in about them too. You might have also noticed some changes to my blog. I've updated it to match my nail bar and business cards so it's all themed. That makes me happy that it matches :D

So I had IBD enhancements on and painted my ring finger and thumb white (color club french tip white) and painted a chequer board pattern on there with a brush and MUA shade 1 (the black one I think it's shade one) I then painted the remaining fingers with the black. I added Essence Nail Art Twins in Julia as a kind of gradient. I painted the very tip let it dry a little and then went back over about 2/3rds down. I made some hearts using a 3d nail art mould I picked up on ebay and I filled it with Salon Systems acrylic L&P in white. I then painted them with Models own in Sophie's Pink.
Thanks for stopping by and especially thank  you to the people who take the time to comment I really appreciate your feedback
